Apparel and Accessories

Silk Screening

This traditional form of bringing design to apparel and accessories still has some advantages. We use a stencil and a squeegee to push ink through a screen. Because we’re actually putting ink onto the fabric, the printing process will slightly raise the design.

One of the advantages of screen printing, also called silk screen, is that we can use it on just about any color or type of fabric you wish. It works best on designs that only have a few colors, as we layer those colors in multiple steps.

Setting up the screens can also be labor intensive. Still, one clear advantage is being able to reuse our screens many times after creating them. This method is excellent when we have large orders of one style or design.

Embroidery

With its classic, stylish look, many of our clients turn to an embroidered logo or information on their shirts and other apparel. Choosing embroidery services to brand your work attire and promotional items benefits your company and those who do business with it. To the outsider, embroidery expresses your professionalism and attention to detail. It shows pride in your company. To your team members – wearing branded, embroidered work shirts helps to boost a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. This small but effective strategy can help your company culture and expected results.

Full-Color Sublimation

Sublimation is a process that uses pressure and heat to bond the dye with the synthetic fabric fibers chemically. State of the Art sublimation services are taking the place of traditional techniques. Because the dye turns into a gas and infiltrates the fabric, you can count on these designs lasting as long as the apparel fabric.

Additionally, this process is excellent for more complex or color-intensive designs and smaller orders. The beauty of this process can sublimate on harder surfaces, like banners, mugs, and other advertising and promotional items. Perfect candidates for this type of processing are projects using light-colored polyester fabrics.

Sublimation is known for being durable and being able to transfer prints of many colors onto your apparel or advertising product.

Digital Print Processing (Direct to Film)

The Direct to Film Process transfers prints onto your t-shirts and other promotional fabric items through a heat-press mechanism. Direct to Film is flexible – we can use it on cotton, poly blends, and dark and light-colored fabrics.

A direct-to-film printer prints the design on a film. That film is used in the heat press to transfer the design to various fabrics. One nice feature is the softness of the material will still be there after printing, and it will do well in the wash.

CAD Cutting Services

Using Cad Cut Vinyl is the method used for many sports uniforms… think of the numbers on the back. One feature of Cad Cut Vinyl is our ability to add letters or numbers to existing apparel. The vinyl used is available in many different styles and colors. It’s durable, washable, and easy to apply. It’s fast and easy, and you can use it on any color fabric.

How does CAD Cutting work? CAD stands for Computer-Aided Design. The design is mapped out and created with a computer. Once we’ve created your design, we print it out and cut it before transferring it onto t-shirts or other apparel. We use this method for numbers, names, and logos on sports uniforms or company attire.

CAD Cut vinyl uses a vinyl that is unique to the process. It is applied to garments using a heat press.

Rhinestones and Bling

We love rhinestones, glitter, and bling! We can jazz up your clothing and apparel with your permission. These accessories work best on screen-printed shirts and other items – not sublimation projects.

Printing and Engraving

Laser Engraving Services

Laser Engraving uses a laser beam to remove the surface of a material to reveal an image or design. Deeper designs can be accomplished with additional passes of the laser. Laser engraving is perfect for trophies, awards, plaques, tumblers, and tiles.
Materials that work well with laser engraving are:

  • Tile
  • Glass
  • Stainless Steel
  • Wood
  • Aluminum
  • Plastic
  • Stone
  • Marble
  • And More…

Digital Print Processing

Digital printing means printing from a digital file, your PDF, for instance, to various surfaces. There are many benefits of printing digitally.
First, the ability to run smaller projects quickly and efficiently is a significant advantage of digital printing. The high-quality nature of today’s digital files also means superior quality output. Providing a printed proof before the whole project prints is so easy! Costs are typically lower than other printing methods.

Perhaps the most significant feature of digital printing is customization. With no permanent plate, if the proof shows design errors… even spelling errors, they can be fixed in a flash.

Wide Format Printing

When it’s time to print banners and indoor/outdoor signage for events and promotions, you’ll need to do some wide format printing. We’ve got it covered. We can print decals and point-of-purchase displays, urging your customers to add something more to their carts!

Wide-format printing uses large inkjet printers to print jobs on larger sheets or rolls of paper, fabric, vinyl, and more. The versatility of wide format printers and advances in inkjet technology and cloud computing make this an excellent option for cost-effective short and medium print jobs. Wide-format printing is very popular today!

Your print jobs can have maximum width ranging from 18 to 100 inches. Hundreds of inkjet nozzles spray special ink to withstand weather and rough handling. Then, the ink cures before your project is finished. You don’t have to limit your imagination with wide format printing. Apart from the indoor/outdoor banners and signage, we can print vehicle wraps, floor graphics, flags, and apparel using this technology!
