Patches can also be attached using a high-heat press to attach the patch to the hat. This budget-friendly option rivals the hand-crafted appearance of a stitched patch.

Puffy Stitch Custom Hats
Puffy stitch hats are embroidered hats with a layer of foam between the hat and the embroidery. You get a 3D effect for your logo or design when we do the embroidery over the foam.
However, not all designs work well with puff embroidery. Our artists will work with you to revise any parts necessary to ensure you get a great design.
Block letters work best with a 1/8 – 1/4-inch range of width on all letters. Serifs and small script details do not work well in puff embroidery.
We often adjust large flat areas on some logos to ensure the foam doesn’t pop through and break the threads. We do this by adding detail or extra stitching for a consistent overall result.
Sometimes your design might use a combination of puff embroidery and regular embroidery to get a great final product.
